Partner program
Partner Program Terms
1. What the program is
The partner program allows wedding-industry professionals (wedding planners, photographers, venues and related vendors) to recommend Matrimonio.pro to their couples through a personal referral link and receive a commission for each wedding that, having arrived through that link, publishes and pays for its invitation. The program is a business collaboration between professionals: the partner does not act as an agent, representative or employee of the Owner, and does not have consumer status with respect to these terms.
2. Joining the program
Participation requires applying to join through the partners page and acceptance by the Owner, who may reject applications or make them conditional on verification of the declared professional activity. Upon acceptance, the partner receives their personal referral link. The details provided when joining must be truthful and kept up to date.
3. Attribution of weddings
A wedding is attributed to the partner when the couple reaches the Platform through their personal link and creates their invitation during that visit or during later visits recognized by the Platform's attribution system, and subsequently publishes and pays for the invitation. Attribution is determined by the Platform's technical records, which constitute the means of proof between the parties. The following are not attributed: test or courtesy invitations, invitations paid for by the partner for themselves, and weddings already recorded on the Platform before the first click on the partner's link.
4. Commission
The current commission is US$ 12 per paid wedding (or the equivalent in the agreed settlement currency). The amount may be revised with reasonable prior notice; a revision does not affect commissions already accrued. The commission accrues when the couple's payment is confirmed by the payment provider and is not subject to a return, chargeback or refund; if the payment is refunded, the associated commission is cancelled.
5. Settlement and payment
Accrued commissions are settled periodically by the payment method agreed with the partner. The partner is solely responsible for their tax, social-security and invoicing obligations in their country; where regulations so require, they must issue the corresponding invoice or receipt for the commissions received. The Owner may withhold a settlement while a payment dispute (chargeback) is pending on any of the weddings included in it.
6. Rules of conduct
The partner undertakes to:
- Not send unsolicited communications (spam) or post the link on sites unrelated to their professional activity.
- Not bid on the «Matrimonio.pro» brand or variants of it on search-engine advertising platforms, and not register domains or profiles that could be confused with the brand.
- Not present themselves as Matrimonio.pro or as its representative, and not promise terms other than those published on the Platform (in particular, not advertise the service as "free").
- Not generate artificial attributions (self-clicks, fictitious sign-ups, misleading incentives).
Breach of these rules entitles the Owner to suspend or remove the partner and to cancel the commissions obtained through the infringing conduct.
7. Personal data
The partner does not access the couples' personal data: the couple's relationship with the Platform is governed by the Privacy Policy. The partner's own data (contact and settlement details) is processed to manage the program, on the basis of the performance of this agreement.
8. Duration and leaving the program
The program has an indefinite duration. Either party may end participation at any time, with simple notice by email. Commissions accrued up to the date of leaving are settled as normal; after leaving, the link stops generating new attributions.
9. Changes
The Owner may modify these terms with reasonable prior notice by email. Changes do not affect commissions already accrued. If the partner disagrees, they may leave the program before the changes take effect; continued participation means acceptance.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by Italian law. As this is a business-to-business relationship, any dispute shall be subject to the courts of the Owner's domicile, without prejudice to any mandatory rules that may apply.
11. Contact
For any questions about the partner program: contact@matrimonio.pro. The Owner's full identity is set out in the Legal Notice.
