This Legal Notice governs access to, browsing of and use of the Site, without prejudice to the Owner's right to modify its content, presentation and configuration at any time.
3. Terms of use
Access to the Site is free of charge, except for the paid services expressly indicated. Browsing the Site confers the status of user and implies full acceptance of this Legal Notice, the Terms and Conditions, the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy. The user undertakes to make lawful, diligent and good-faith use of the Site, refraining from:
- Carrying out unlawful or fraudulent activities or activities contrary to good faith and public order.
- Introducing or disseminating content that infringes third-party rights or is defamatory, obscene, discriminatory or unlawful.
- Introducing viruses or any code capable of damaging the systems of the Owner or of third parties.
- Attempting to access, use or manipulate data, systems or accounts belonging to others.
- Reproducing, copying or distributing the contents without authorization.
4. Intellectual and industrial property
All elements of the Site —designs, invitation templates, source code, proprietary typefaces, texts, graphics, logos, the "Matrimonio.pro" brand and its presentation— are owned by the Owner or by third parties who have authorized their use, and are protected by intellectual and industrial property regulations. Their reproduction, distribution, public communication, transformation or any other form of exploitation without the express written authorization of the Owner is prohibited.
The content the user adds to their invitation (names, photographs, texts, their guests' data) remains their property; the user grants the Owner a limited license to host, process and display it for the sole purpose of providing the Service, under the terms described in the Terms and Conditions.
5. Liability
The Owner acts diligently to keep the Site working correctly, but does not guarantee the total absence of errors or uninterrupted availability. To the extent permitted by law, the Owner shall not be liable for:
- Damages arising from the user's improper use of the Site.
- The truthfulness, accuracy or lawfulness of the content users add to their invitations.
- Interruptions, technical failures, viruses or damage to equipment not attributable to the Owner.
No clause of this Legal Notice excludes or limits the Owner's liability in cases where such exclusion is prohibited by mandatory applicable consumer regulations.
6. Third-party links
The Site may contain links to third-party sites (for example, Google Maps, payment platforms or social networks). The Owner does not control such sites and is not responsible for their content, policies or practices. The inclusion of a link does not imply endorsement of or any relationship with the linked site.
7. Service availability
The Owner may temporarily suspend access to the Site for maintenance, security or improvement reasons, endeavoring to give notice when reasonably possible. Published and paid invitations will remain active as provided in the Terms and Conditions.
8. Governing law and jurisdiction
As a general rule, this Legal Notice is governed by Italian and European Union law. However, where the user qualifies as a consumer, the mandatory consumer protection and dispute resolution rules of the consumer's country of habitual residence shall prevail (for example, in the European Union, the United States, Argentina or Brazil), and this Notice cannot deprive them of the protection those rules grant.
Consumers residing in the European Union have access to the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
9. Changes
The Owner reserves the right to modify this Legal Notice at any time. The version in force will be the one published on this page, indicating its last-update date.
